How much do you cost? 

There are many factors that go into quoting a price for an event.  Every event is different; the best thing you can do is give as much information as possible when you fill out the “Contact Us/Book An Event” form. Then you will be provided a quote based on the details of your event. The majority of our packages start at $1,000.

What games do you offer? 

We have a whole inventory of games we recommend.  We have become very skilled at suggesting the best games that will work for your group size and demographics. Some of our most popular games are Running Charades, Celebrity, Name That Tune, Family Feud, Sculptionary, and Puppeteer. We also offer game experiences like The Amazing Race, Wine Tastings, and we can customize any event to fit your needs.

How many games do you play in one event? 

Typically we will play anywhere from 4-6 games.  Every event is unique and we adjust to fit the needs of each client. 

How many people should you have at an event? 

We can provide the most fun game night you've ever had for 6 people, and for 500+ people.  There are no hard set rules on how many people you should have.  However, we can recommend an amount of people based on your event and the space where the event will take place.  

How long does an event last? 

Typically a game night will run around 90 minutes to 120 minutes.  It depends on what kind of event you are having.

Do you do kids parties?

We do!  We love kids and they tend to love us!  We adjust our games and content to meet the needs of any age group.  Kids parties do not cost less than adult parties.

I am interested in booking an event, what do I do now? 

Click on the “Contact Us/Book An Event” link above and fill out the form as completely as possible.  We can assist you with any questions you may have.  The first step is checking the date of your event, then we provide a quote based on the details.  When you decide to book, we take a deposit to hold your date and have you sign a basic release of liability contract.  

How do you pick teams?

There are two ways to do teams.  

1. The teams stay the same for the night and one team ends up winning.  We can assist with splitting up teams or you can provide us with a list of teams that you prefer. 

2. The teams change after each game.  After the first game, we will enter the scores from the winning teams and then shuffle up new teams for each game.  

How does scoring work and how do you win? 

The teams that win each game will earn points.  If you went with choice #1 above for teams, there will be one team that wins.  If you went with choice #2 there will be an individual 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner (these were the people that were on the winning teams the most). 

Do you award prizes?

We highly suggest prizes as it motivates people to play hard and dive in head first!  We do not provide prizes.  The best prizes range from gift cards, to bottles of wine, or funny gag gifts!  It's more about bragging rights and having something to walk away with.  Get creative, we can help!  

How does a typical evening go ?

There is no typical event as we custom create each event for you and your guests.  However this is the basic format we suggest:

• Cal’s Game Night hosts will arrive 30 minutes before game start time.  

• Game hosts will establish signing people in for teams if they have not been broken up in advance.  

• When you are ready to begin our game hosts will address the party and explain how things are going to go. 

• Our game hosts take it from there!  The first game will start and the game night has begun!  

• In between each game there is a quick break.  Guests can refreshen their drink, use the restroom or chat with the other players about what happened during the previous round of games!  

• The games will continue throughout the evening for anywhere from 90 - 120 minutes.

• We will end the evening announcing the winners and awarding prizes to the winners.
